James L. Tamaroff, D.D.S.
Dr. Tamaroff has practiced oral and maxillofacial surgery in Bucks County since 1984. He graduated from Muhlenberg College and received his dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago.
Dr. Tamaroff is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Tamaroff is a member of the American Academy of Osteointegration, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Montgomery Bucks Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Middle-Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
He served as the previous chairman of the Delaware Valley Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Continuing Education Committee, and also was a surveyor for the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care where he traveled throughout the country evaluating outpatient facilities. Dr. Tamaroff performs medical/dental reviews, as well as medical/dental consulting.
Dr. Tamaroff was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Oral Surgery and Pharmacology and the associated faculty of the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania for over 15 years, and also lectures at Temple University School of Dentistry.
