Appointment Scheduling
Our offices are open 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 5:00.
Consultation appointments are usually in the afternoon as the morning appointments are reserved for our surgical patients. We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment in a timely and convenient manner in the office of your choice. Please note that elective consultations generally book two to four weeks in advance. If you anticipate a need for your treatment to be done shortly after your consultation, please let our Treatment Coordinators know, as it may be possible to schedule your surgical appointment at the time your consultation appointment is scheduled.
We try our best to stay on schedule and see you at the scheduled time. Due to the fact that we provide surgical and emergency services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
